The Split:
We operate on a transparent 50/50 Net Revenue Share of your course sales. (After tax, Stripe processing fees and mutually agreed affiliate fees or advertising).
You keep 100% of any upsell revenue for one to one or one to many coaching sessions as you will manage and deliver your coaching outside The EXPERT Society platform.

1. Application
A one on one interview to verify that this is right for you and to evaluate your 10+ years of industry tenure. We strictly vet for experience.
2. The Accelerator (AUD $2,000)
Upon acceptance, you join our Faculty Accelerator which gives you access to our course “:Unlock YOur Expertise”. You will learn the Hendrickson/Walker-style frameworks and map out your syllabus with our support.
3. Production & Build
You record the content; we build the machine. We set up your "Vault," your "Circle" (Community), and your sales automation.
4. The Launch
We release your Pre-Launch Mini-Training to the world and open the doors to your new students

Why is there an upfront fee?
The Expert Society is a curated institution, not an open YouTube channel. The $2,000 investment covers the training on our proprietary framework and the 1:1 support required to ensure your course meets our quality standards. It ensures that every course on the platform is "Ivy League" quality.
I already have a course. Do I still need to do this?
Yes. To maintain the "Expert Society Standard," all content must follow our specific pedagogical structure (Pre-launch + Transformational Journey). However, since you have existing material, your process will be much faster—we will simply help you "remix" it into our high-converting format.
What tech do I need to own?
Nothing new. We provide the platform (Learning Management System), the CRM, the Email Marketing, and the Community Hub. Any content creation and production tech is up to you however our course will show you how to use common tools you probably already have along with AI workflows that will save you time so you can start earning money faster.
